Two days training seminar related to colour management for digital printing

Barbieri electronic is an internationally manufacturer and supplier of colour measurement systems which ensure the highest image quality for professional digital printing for large format, flatbed and industrial printing.
Dr. Phil Green and Dr. Peter Nussbaum, members of The Norwegian Colour and Visual Computing Laboratory have been invited to conduct a two days training seminar (Tuesday 20. September 2016 and Wednesday 21. September 2016) arranged by Markus Barbieri, Technical Manager and Responsible for Research & Development at Barbieri electronic. The training seminar tok place at Bressanone/Brixen, Italy and was dedicated to colour management for digital printing. The target group was mainly technical staff members and consultants from Barbieri electronic.

The training seminar covered subjects such as colour vision, colorimetry (spectral data, colour spaces, colour differences, etc.), colour measurement technology, printing technologies, workflow, ISO standards, quality control (parameters, tolerances, etc.), icc colour management and the latest news about iccMAX.
